Rao's lab does open-hardware research and only runs on RISC-V. Patient and grant-funded, but they need matching silicon — no RISC-V hosts, no deal.

4-10 VMs, 8 vCPU / 32 GB, required_arch=RiscV. Gold SLA, $2-5k signup. Reserved-host tenant — an agnostic fleet can't serve it.
