• Open the Network lens (Load view): this switch's northbound trunk and/or backplane fabric is over capacity — it's dropping packets crossing it.
• Add northbound uplink capacity (bond ports into a LAG) or move load off this switch; a cheap switch's fabric caps below the sum of its ports.
• Everything cabled through it degrades — check which customers sit on its chain; their SLA symptoms roll up here.
