Diagnostic checklist

• Your gateway can't reach the internet — the internet box has NO live path out. Every carrier line on it is dead or unpatched (this is derived reachability, not a power fault).
• Walk to the internet box: check each line's port LED and that its cable is seated through to the gateway. Re-patch or repair a line to restore the path.
• This is the top of your reachability chain — everything behind it is north/south down until one line comes back.
