Diagnostic checklist

• Name lookups are failing facility-wide — your servers are up, but customers can't resolve them. This is a macro-scale outage, not a fault in your gear: there is no cable, box, or breaker to fix.
• Your job here is comms, not repair: it self-clears. Watch the #incidents thread for the all-clear and keep affected customers informed so the SLA hit doesn't compound into churn.
