Services & Customers

Connect service allocation and customer health to operational and commercial impact.

Services and Customers show two sides of the same simulation: what the platform provides and who depends on it.

Services

Select a service class to inspect its control plane, allocated hosts, and customers using that service. Each list has its own search so you can narrow a busy deployment without losing the broader service context.

Use this view when a symptom appears service-specific or when you need to understand which hosts and customers share a service dependency.

Customers

The customer table can show ID, name, tier, services, workloads, health, happiness, requirements, availability, P99, recent revenue, and margin. Some columns may be hidden by default; use the table column menu to reveal the fields relevant to your decision.

Open a customer row for more detail. During an incident, combine health and SLA signals with revenue context rather than prioritizing from a single metric.

See Tables & Columns for sorting, filtering, resizing, hiding, and reordering columns.
