Search the Companion's in-context guides, hardware reference, concepts, and runbooks.

The Knowledge Base brings game reference material into the same workspace as live operational data. It does not change the simulation.

Find an entry

Search topics, SKUs, customers, or incident symptoms. Narrow the results with:

• type tabs: All, Guides, Hardware, Customers, or Incident runbooks;
• category and tag filters;
• the Featured toggle;
• sorting by Relevance, A–Z, or Category.

Select Clear to remove active filters. If an entry is not in the current result set, selecting a direct reference clears filters so the article can open.

When to use it

• Look up a hardware SKU before comparing it with a live component.
• Open an incident runbook after identifying the symptom or likely root.
• Review a customer concept when a requirement or SLA signal is unclear.
• Use a guide to understand a system, then return to the relevant live view.
